I was just looking a a report today about that stating their employees own most of the stock. I will try to find it again.

Bingo!!!!!! When the site was up it had a section that said investor relations, Some people had said it was private. To me private means there are no shares for sale, one pearson own's the company just like Time Warner up untill a few years ago. So what I'm thinking why is Avanade interested in SOFN, customer base income, software that SOFN has developed not reverse merger, aquisition' buy out but everyone please remember I WORK ON TRAFFIC LIGHTS not stocks or company's.

Can you help us understand how Avanade stock is traded.Does it go up and down like normal stock.who is the MM in this case?
