Nope .... the SOS site is not sufficient Proof that the EXTO and Summit deal has been consummated. In the world of Pinkies they do these little deceptive changes to fool newbie investors.
Summit and EXTO should provide full disclosure of their deal and the exchange in shareholdings.
That is ... if they want to be seen as legitimate ... and not a stinky pinky that is simply an empty shell selling shares. jmo
