Good point DMcD5 - if I were holding that amount of shares, I'd be scaling out above .0050 and up.
After reading the posts about SPNGE and EESO, there is more of a circumspect posture umongst investing in pink sheets, understandably so.
Only time and patience will tell the outcome.

DMcD% thank your for the thoughtful conversation I can understand things a bit better when you explained it that way and I can then talk about well yes you seem to be correct as they, the ir firm, may not have restricted shares, or they may have a contract that they may not be able to sell untill the share price is at such a level or that they can not sell for a time frame regadless of share price or their shares they can sell are dependant on services provided. I think all these things are of interest to me and would be nice to discuss and or present to the board. Thank you for your thoughtful return comment and I appreciate your glass being half full I like that in a person it takes the edges off my half empty notation of which it seems to me that you see us as diabolically opposed even though we are in teh same stock

On the subject of Dale (the investor relations guy) and his shares...this is a fact, Dale has not sold any shares..he still holds all the shares that were paid to him...and lets make sure that everyone knows that these shares came to Dale when this stock was owned by Jeff Weible (CEO of iN Control Security) He has not receive any shares since Robert Thompson and Chuck Prebay took back the shell from Jeff and turned the stock into Cal Bay/Entech..which in turn changed the name to Enviro Tek...there has been no dilution on the part of the company...that has been verified and I am confident the verification is legitimate ....
