Thanks DMcD5 - this will make me sleep a little better tonight. Your valuable insite is appreciated.
Whats disconcerting is the fact the IR firm 'Investing In Stock Market, Inc' has the O/S count from Jan09 and they are either 1) unaware of the reduced O/S count or, 2) not an effiently run IR firm and don't care to update their records.

Not to mention, the IR firm refuses to answer some direct questions I posed to them via email. When people fail to answer direct questions, or defer to another source i.e., a disclaimer, it raises my suspicion level.

Never the less, I'm proceeding with caution and at the end of the day none of what I say matters if the stock rallies into the pennies.
