Easyman,

I always had a hunch the 1.5 billion shares was a brilliant stroke on Frudakis' part, that is was well thought out and absolutely necessary for the company's long term growth.

Easymab51 - There is a quote from the Biofrontera PR that is such an understatement of DNAP's brilliance in buying "a drug company" at such an early stage in DNAP's development:

"Biofrontera brings what DNAPrint has always wanted but few companies of its size and status have ever been able to obtain -- a viable drug discovery and development pipeline. I believe the value of population genomics lies in the sale of highly targeted drug/test combinations."

Imagine...an undervalued, under funded very small biotech company (DNAP) with little cash in the bank, goes out into the market and buys into a drug company with no money down, no money on the table, with future payments from funding that DNAP calls the shots on and pays Biofrontera over time as Biofrontera reaches important milestones.

I'm astounded and immensely impressed with DNAP's management's ability to structure such agreements that favor DNAP to the benefit of all DNAP investors.....!

Dr. Tony: "I believe this is the deal all DNAPrint shareholders have been waiting for - and we hope that it will put DNAPrint on the map."

I wish I could go out and find such a promising potential drug company...with no money down...! lol!

Not enough is being said about this amazing accomplishment...!

God Bless DNAP's Vision and All DNAP Investors!

Robert
