the SEC doesn't just halt. they get the paperwork they are asking for and they do their own DD and make a decision after they investigate.

the correct term is "suspend". there is a strong possibility for suspension.

the SEC has a process to follow. if this were a pink it would have been halted already. and BTW moskowitz has known about this far longer than just last week. this has been going on since at least june
