From what I know Booth is no longer with SOFN. Also, from what I have read and seen this company is on the right path. I believe this could easily go to pennies.

I have put in many many hours researching Softnet Technology from the beginning till now and i have spoken to Jim Booth and Dennis along with many emails from both of them. This merger is for real imo, this is what they have done from the beginning, mergers etc.I believe all my hard work is finally being paid off and many of us here have put our time one!
