Introduction to QAI's Vision

The units integrated in the first phase of QAI's operations will either be
wholly owned subsidiaries, or QAI will hold a minimum 80% equity. These
components are:

* Atlantic Aviation, Inc. (AAI) -- AAI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of QAI
which operates a flight school at Herlong Airport in Jacksonville,
Florida, and will develop and operate flight schools nationwide.

* A soon-to-be named company is a successful aircraft component
manufacturer.

* Aviation Import/Export, Inc. (AIE) -- AIE was formed to import aircraft
and/or aircraft components for sale, lease and use by QAI affiliates and
for sale and/or lease to other companies.

* Quasar Aircraft Corporation (QAC) -- This company will develop the new
products and oversee the development of the VLJ program.

* Quasar Financial Corporation (QFC) -- This entity will support the
aircraft sales process by arranging financing and insurance for customers
and the aircraft that will be required for AAI's flight school operations

The interesting thing about any company in such a position is that no news is good news it means they are working if they were frantic about loosing investors they would drum something up to keep us happy but the made some bold statements about possible share price and buy back program and so it is all good, the acquisitions must be very quiet until completed hige potential when a company finds itself ina position to buy back shares also when securing a bridge loan , that is usually short term. , great news how can anyone in todays market secure loans , private and public commercial all loans have been badly affected by current economy someone securing 15 mil has got to have some great colateral !! Future sales ?? Locked in deals pending correct paper work and legal proof reading ??? New market developing with guarantees ???
Ask yourself the who is who pretty irrellevant I would say when you factor all the pieces ,, this is like milk on the stove its just getting warm when it begins to boil expect it boil over rapidly !!! Stay long and good luck ,,, big things coming , why cause all arrows point to up right now let me hear who has any idea of a ceiling ?? A resistance ??
