Agree completely.

Crab trading is what I call it. Seems to go up on little volumn and down on little volumn and crab trading sideways.

Mosts proposals are good for 60 days. I would love to hear something positive regarding them as well. I believe once we do we will start moving again but until them - crab trading is what we will see.
