As of 3:00 EST....

118,000 shares of TOVC have traded.......all but 6,000 shares of that traded at the bid....yet the bid has inched up some not down like i would expect with that much being thrown at the bid...

Also, there have been 14 separate prints of 1730 shares each...

Now I just looked and it's 127,000 shares....now 129,000.....now 131,000.....now 132,900 and another print at 1730 shares
