Great..at least some things finally make sense. Below is the link to the actual complaint. Looks like IPWG was one step away from going to Louie the Loan Shark down at the street corner for money. I wonder which "officer" at IPWG was involved. I doesn't look like IPWG did anything illegal...but could have been ethically challenged if they had an idea what was going on.

This is a better explanation of recent wild activity...this news was know beforehand.

I hope John and Peter are really in Europe.
