the SEC is the enemy, the accused, not the answer. Cite
the Madoff case. Keep writing. Get your senator's assistant
on the case, and keep pushing.

But Patrick Woodcock knows better, especially after members of Snowe's staff tagged and bagged two previous penny stock scams.
