In the dog eat dog world, CPRK has spent time, money and sweat to get this thing off the ground (or out of the ground)
cash poor at the (moment) This is the best time from a business stand point to pounce, all the hard start up work is done, that is why. IMO don't think it will happen, but who knows. Enough rich boys pool their money, happens all the time. AJMO ONLY

Copper King Mining Corporation currently owns approximately 1200 acres in the Drum Mountains of Utah, which are patent-deeded mining claims that contain gold, silver and copper. The company has added to its holdings by filing 6 more claims on land that was inside its holdings and contiguous to that acreage.

The company plans to raise money to do a sonogram survey of the area. Based on those results, Bullion Monarch Mining has agreed to come in and provide a drilling program to prove reserves. Upon successful completion of the drilling program, Monarch and Copper King will joint-venture further development. The long-term goal is to sell the project to a major mining operation for shares in their company.
