Surgeons who would even contemplate the use of tissue welding already fully understand it's concepts. I believe it was clarified long ago that surgeons would merely take a short instructional course to learn such things as how to turn the generator on and whatnot. Would your wife need much more than a little briefing on how to use a curling iron? I would hope not. LOL
