Could be. Honestly, no one knows at this point and thats why this stock continues to go down. But to just assume that everything that is going on is because this company is a total scam is ridiculous.
I think either GFGU found a better deal or SPNG saw the horribility of their product. hahah yes I am making up words. ;)
And again, I am happy this deal fell through either way. I didnt like the idea to begin with. But Im sure they are just trying to make money, which is the point of a business.
the worst part is both companies are vague in their press releases...no1 is going to say anything damaging which is unfortunate for the shareholders of both companies. most importantly spng since it has so much money and people invested in it.
