I'm not. A 15.8M float is very manageable and low and a 38M o/s is small for something trading in this range with the kind of value that is here.

1M shares is responsible and Rico has told several of us that have contacted him personally that these 1M shares needed to be added at this time to help secure the 3rd location.

The 3rd location is for another office space that will be another center for originators and processors. The 1M shares gets us significantly more revenue in other words.

It was a good, responsible move IMHO.

No, they would only do that to fund acquisitions, that has been explained over and over again. That is what Rico has promised and he has kept his word. Every 6 months they will open another office for the next couple years. As the price of the stock goes up the amount of shares needed for this goes down. We just had that happen and the stock price went up. Those shares that will be used for acquisitions are like farts in a hurricane, the high volume trading of this incredible company will completely bowl over any dilution at that level. I predict next time it happens it won't even be noticed.

Im not worried about it have you noticed the volume since the increase i can guarantee you they are already in the market and we closed 4 straight green days after they were increased but thanks for your concern
