With the newly issued shares, I think we're still under 50 million outstanding. While I don't like the idea of sitting next to Leon at a shareholder meeting, this could have been much worse.

It will be interesting to see if he buys shares in the open market; he's not far below the 5% threshold so we'd know fairly quickly.
