why does this company keep releasing PR, don't they realise that their projection is only lower pps... like if you feel that that its suppose to be at .30, buy up all the shares and reap the benefits, not even an inside buy... whats up with that?!
I bailed out of this stock because Investor Relations didn't want to answer my question about updates on Outstanding Shares (using as a excuse the SEC fair disclosure regulation) and volumes suggest an obscene amount of dilution going in. In another words, CCTR seems to be a share dilution scam. While it's a reporting company, a quarter is enough time to massively dilute the float whilst issuing PRs to keep the stock price at a level that is profitable for them to continue selling shares at.
