I think they have been using the RME relationship as a crutch in case something went wrong. It's been clear to me for a while now that it is imperative for them to buy out the RME shares and be done.

It also will benefit all of us if they do.

how are those forged docs looking now ?

Management now need to also detach SpongeTech from RM Enterprises (by using SpongeTech's option has to buying back all their stock at any time)

This would clean SpongeTech from the accusations of forgery and identity theft.
