I'm a little straped for capital at this momentbut some god advice and of course thats if you have a average purchase price of $.0002 wait and you wil get $.0003 when they anounce the merger but be quick there will be a wack of shares flying out on the floor.

As they say sell on news and buy on no news. The thing about needing our vote to get the authorized share increase well that is BS. they don't they got the authorized shares increased before and stuck them on the shelf without our vote it works that way when the insiders hold all the shares.
