Please ask him why the delay in Q2 earnings. Q3 is almost over. JD has taken many steps to shed the "pink sheet" stigma via a webcam, frequent material news updates, as well as posting of financials online. I see no reason why Q2 financials would not be uploaded yet. If the Q2 financials are not very good, or not as good as Q1, and/or if Q3 are better, to me it doesn't matter - Q2 should be posted in a timely manner. I am of the opinion that he wants to post Q2 and Q3 at the same time because Q3 are better. That, to me, would be a step away from trying to be a fully disclosed company with nothing to hide. I am long EXPH, but skeptical right now.

Braden,

I'm not certain if you already have these questions covered for tomorrow's talk with JD:

1) When are the financial figures going to be released?
2) What is the holdup with the NDA on the retailer? Is it due to a contractual problem?

Thanks in advance,
kk

It is a old news, but look at the total dollar amount for 35+ stores ($2M).
Sep 24, 2008 -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:EXPH.PK - News), a holding Company which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., is pleased to announce it has been awarded a $2M contract for 35+ store fixture packages by a Fortune 100 Retailer.

Lowe's contract is for 1600 stores. IMO, with conservative calculation (1600/35 * $1M = $45.71M).

Dec 5, 2008 -- Expo Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:EXPH.PK - News), a holding Company which wholly owns D&D Displays, Inc., wins new project. Six thousand plus displays are to be shipped to a Fortune 100 retailer.

Braden - Can you ask who this retailer is, to whom they shipped Six thousand plus displays.

I agree these are quite old news and company has came long way now from last year crisis...but thought it's good to know.
