We can both interpret it, but it seems pretty clear to me.

I was advised of my removal from The Treaty Energy Corporation Board of Directors on July 8, 2009, by Ronald Blackburn, CEO Tri Koon Holdings (majority owner of Treaty Energy Corporation) and Michael A. Mulshine, Investor/Public Relations, during a conference call that included the Board until that time: Ronda Hyatt, David Hallin and Gary Dunham.

It says Ron & Mike told David and others they were removed.

It also says Ron IS majority owner NOT owners. And it puts it before Mike and not after.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1075773/000111650209001454/treaty_172.htm

It does NOT say shareholders. That ONE person Ronald Blackburn is the majority owner of TECO. Unless of course David is making a false statement which is entirely possible.

It is YOUR decision just like everyone else here but I can assure you. If this management is responsible for TECO failing in the future, you can bet Ronald Blackburn will have been involved in any and all decisions. If you are comfortable with that, then you shouldn't even pay any attention to anything I say. I'm not making this stuff up. Please look it up and prove me wrong.

And for the record, I don't have a beef with anyone. I am however very sad that I lost over 6 figures from another company stock, who's management included the majority owner of TECO. Very sad. I worked hard for that money, just like many here have, and I'd hate to see them lose it due to not being informed of ALL facts that are out there.

You're correct on that call. Although if you look on Bloomberg you can find that two Froats are among the majority shareholders....a la ARGY. Anybody know them?
