I agree these are smart guys. How many pinkies get Harvard guys running the company. They know the market and how to put them at the top of the list by being a SDVOSB and wanting to be a prime contractor. I believe when they are a prime in some cases I believe they can get 6% of contracts this way - double dipping instead of just 3%. These guys are so far ahead of their competition and it will show soon.
