There are two lakes, a decent size inland lake in the back yard, and then across the road, Lake Michigan. This is in northern lower Michigan. Since I paid all at once and it is for the winter, I got it for $600/mo including electric. Super cheap for a place that normally rents for $1k/week to vacationers lol. In 9 months I will have to move though :(
