They have to pay Mr. Knauff a salary, plus pay for that lease which he owns or brokered the deal because the money is going to Tennessee Power Company. He is the real winner here, unless they convinced him to take restricted stock, which I doubt he would have accepted. He needs cash himself to finalize the deal.
I was not around to see the previous website. I do agree that the NFI website was nothing to write home about. Let's see what the new website looks like, I hear it should be up and running shortly.
