As you can tell by typing in the symbols on that list, most of those are no longer trading. If MGLG can prove the SEC wrong, then there is still that stain, IMO, which only adds to the growing concerns that the company has recently allowed to creep in with regard to lack of transparency and questionable PRs. I think the company is in big trouble either way... it's hard to survive these sorts of things when there is already a suspect public not getting answers to other issues... and then this wrench is thrown into the works.
