i totally agree, capt., because, the main thing is still the main thing: oil and gas. with huge quantities found, the extra shares are not going to hinder.

should they find 1 billion barrels or much more; and, trillions of cubic feet of gas etc. we are off to the races.

i still believe that some big bucks people will come in.

no arguments to the otherwise will ever convince differently.

That's correct! When the rights offering is complete the O/S will be around 545 million shares + or - and that won't mean much but if your a naysayer its a point to harp on. If you own 1 share and the stock is at $1 it won't change a thing. Dividends may change but we are no where near that point in time.
The sight to focus on is drilling for oil at Blvu and striking oil. Most people will long be gone before dividends play a roll in this company.
