I should have clarified - that what I was referring to was what I would have like to have seen happen in a perfect world - I am aware that they could not do what I posted - because of the rules.
Essentially though they could have had the accounts set up and ready to go for the buyback before or at the same time the annoucement was made that the buyback was going to commence. Simply would have prevented delays and minimized confusion as we have seen has happened. In saying that I am in no way saying that I am disgruntled or disturbed by anything that has happened with the trading in the last two days. I personally felt that something like this could happen and all those that went crazy because the buyback didn't meet their timeline will be rejoicing because their accounts looks green from the buyback and the start of acquisition PR's and then those same people will start complaining AGAIN because their will be dips.
The point is stocks go up and they go down. I get the feeling a lot of people on so many of these boards are using $$ they shouldn't be using because they obviously cannot keep themselves together when a stock does what it is supposed to do - goes up and goes down. Maybe not everyone but quite a few. All just IMO - Have a great day and GLTA
