If it was me I wouldn't liquidate your EXPH right at this moment but that's me and I don't know what your cost average is. The stock is in a consolidation mode with most TA indicators showing oversold and any positive PR is going to move it up toward 2 cents again pretty fast IMO.

transfer the shares...Call your rep and ask how and call the new location for you IRA to find how...There should not be a reason to sell...I have transferred shares between two IRA's but NOT an expert....

kondo, I doubt that you would have to liquidate your position if you switched to another broker.

I'd suggest contacting Ameritrade by phone, or just stop by one of there local offices (most major cities have a few branch offices).

Ameritrade's commissions are a flat-fee of $10.
