Since June 400000 shares gone above .14 cents.This is average price right now.On the other hand He is 400000 more shares short.No body is selling but people are still buying this level.Keep doing this NITE

Meanwhile there is a discussion on how NITE and other
MM's in tandem are working the manipulation. Experienced trader/investor to name a few fourkids_9pets,seabiscut,TAKI, the financer are behind CEO to help a investigation if needed.

Fourkids is doing all the detective work and logging NITE's trades via equity feed in order to *record* just how many times nite *raised* and *lowered* bid/ask and trades slip underneath the bid.

Apparantly, estimated 300-400 million done via NSS.
Nite does not seem to cover and hoping the stock will fold.

The CEO had enough and pr'd a statement concerning fallacies in the stock. No wonder since the Market cap went from 33Million to 11Million in 4hours.
