Hmmm... Maybe there is something wrong with my math, or maybe I am missing something, but they did a private placement for $10MM @ $0.002/share, which comes out to 5BN shares. Unless there is some fine print somewhere that says that those are to be preferred shares, but even then they would probably be convertible into common, free-trading shares. So, pardon my ignorance, but how does it come to 556MM years from now?
