Not sure how it is going to happen... nor has he talked about it since he included it in a PR and said more info on the buyback would be coming

but lets face it there is no buyback happening yet.


If he really wants to get some stock attention and off the pinks and onto the AMEX or bigger he has an opportunity to support the PPS at different spots and gaining some much needed investor confidence along the way.

Once he does that he can attract even bigger investors, which I think would be his goal.

If he doesn't do it that way the only thing that will happen is this will shoot up and then back down again.

I know Herzog does't appreciate the traders out there, he signaled that durning a conversation I had with him and had some disgust in his voice when he talked about the situation
