Genta issued shares when it needed money in lue of going bankrupt. Genta now has financing and no longer needs to issue shares. Genta has not been an OTC for a relativly long time, and I believe Genta to be a genuine company who in time desires to be uplisted. Dont forget there are alot of inside owners who would loose out if this company got further diluted. This rise is not a pump and dump but a fair speculitive rise based on the upcoming agenda results which based on the past (faild by a margin) results is expected to be a shoe in. I tried to look in your past posts to better understand your experiance with genta but couldnt find anything past today. So please feel free to help me understand your position.
thank you

Hello, All. This is my first time to the GETA board. Still doing my DD on GETA, but it would seem to me that there is no need for a Reverse Split, as the Sep 4th deal for 5BN shares gave them the money they were looking for. My guess is, and it's just a guess at this point, that those shares are being registered as we speak. So, within the next couple of months, either things are going great for the company and it does soar to several dollars a share and those lucky bastages who did the private placement, are then sitting on $15BN+ worth of stock and then this thing explodes, because they bring in all the right people and push it incredibly hard, or it doesn't go so well and they start selling off their 5BN shares making their money back and then some. In either case, we have quite some time before the company would be in a position to actually consider a RS. IMO, anyways. Please correct me if I'm wrong because as I said, I'm still getting to know GETA.
