I may disagree in part, dmbao. The actions of the owner of Petro Kansas, in his stated goals to merge with PTRZ, have definitely materially affected the stock actions and valuation of PTRZ shares.
I do agree that the call that so many people wanted to be kept 'secret' was only peripherally related, if at all, to PTRZ. I hope that's what you were referring to, primarily.
To the extent that it could possibly influence or affect Petro and, by tenuous extension, PTRZ, it might be reasonable to discuss it, if material facts are the object of the discussion. Issues of 'secrecy' are not such issues; and as many have noted, attempts or remonstrations to keep things 'secret' are strictly forbidden and possibly evidence of illegalities if they are concerning PTRZ or any public company.
