This morning I'm trying to do some trades of some other penny's, to get some funds available to purchase some more.

Like you said, it might be an excellent opp. to increase shares before a run up.

The sellers come from the old shell, and have nothing to do w/ Delta. Someboby is sucking this paper up, which is good!! Once the old shareholders are behind us, news will follow (ie; financing,bulk testing etc.), there is absolutely no reason to fight these sellers. Everytime they have the selling hits, we all need patience, nothing has changed w/ Delta's story. Long-term Buy!!!!
