The Difference is very small for the risk
Well if this would have dropped sub .002 a 100/1 puts this at .20 or less
How much risk is a financer willing to take? also How easy would it have been to buy up the complete float with a 100/1 for some deep pockets. were talking 50mill float after R/S.
Also a smaller R/S would not have worked either after thinking about it, because the dillution would have pushed this to the billions again. 50/1 was a perfect scenerio if done properly. I am rushing to type this because I gotta run
But strictlly IMO The Financers certain ones un named were involved on every little thing going on per the R/S to a tee
