There won't be a lag in revenue. Your 1000 BEHL will be, for example, worth .50 a share or $500 the day before the merger. The next day you will have your 1000 BEHL which may be worth .0001 a share or $1 (yes, one dollar,LOL) but you will also have 100 shares of the new company now worth, theoretically, $5 a share or $500. The SAME $500 from yesterday only now you really have $501. :) And the 1000 BEHL has a potential to be worth a lot more in the future.
