Yes....in a merger being able to keep your old shares is a bonus, but getting an exchange for your old shares in the new company is not a bonus...it is an exchange or transfer. That is what I think confused and angered some individuals.
All I am saying is dont call my new shares a bonus...these new shares are what I originally paid for, they are not giving me anything extra, except for letting me keep my old shares in a shell. Which will be worth trip zips in the short term...no telling long term.
