I don't know either..but it could be that your cabinet designs and or patents you say you have..just might be in competition with EXPH in the near future..

Patents are one thing..commercial success is another..You don't have to have one to get the other..but it sure helps to have prior art should someone else think the idea is great and decide to also MFG the same design..

Looks like he did..and NDA's deal more with contract specifics..actual dates and not just estimated dates to contract signing or product delivery..and when and where the company's name can be made public..Once the company in question gives the go ahead..the information they say can be made public can be released to the public..

Actually it is everyone's civic duty to tell representatives as often as they can when they believe the system is being manipulated..whatever that system may be..This is America..and change can only occur if enough people contact the representatives that can make the changes occur..Otherwise..change doesn't happen..

However..you can't prove in a link you have one patent..not to mention twelve..I understand and I agree that it would not be wise to post personal information on a public board..but..I could say that I have 50 patents and who would believe that without proof??

I could go on..but..regardless of what you and I post..It all comes down to whether or not the company can make good on what it has put out in PRs..Considering the company has posted some fairly clear time lines and some not so clear which JD says are to come..it is all just speculation until they happen or not..As always investors are free to invest or not invest as they choose one way or the other..
To think I answered or asked all of those questions and statements and made a statement of my own in one post instead of using eight..What a concept to keep the posts down on a board where many others are posting daily and looking for or giving answers...veno
