Thank you its nice to hear a civil explanation. Obviously it wasn't as clearcut as it might have been thus the ensuing 100 different interpretations bandied about.
The one thing remaining unclear is the shell, haven t seen anyone post yet that had a plausible scenario as to how that will play out. Hopefully more details will surface.
In my opinion this is what got everyone confused and angry....stop calling them bonus shares in a new company and call it what it is. It is an exchange for our shares that we currently own for 10x fewer of the new shares in the newly merged company with the same net value. Which is basically giving us what we paid for in the first place, not a bonus.
If you want to say that we have a bonus say that the bonus is being able to keep your old shares in the shell. Horribly worded PR that came off questionable causing the anger.
