Hopefully it means what it is suppose to mean. That they have no debts and it is all profit!

i looked up residual and one example they gave was a (payment for each rerun of a taped tv show).so i think that jcds would get a certain amount of money for each transaction that a company would make after they buy the software.this would be great because its not just a one time deal.everytime the software is used they get a certian percent from each company everytime they use it.
