The man is busy and finalizing possibly a 200M deal takes time. He'll get to us and for now I'm very happy that they are working on the final terms for the ReMax deal. In the long run ReMax will make them more money than possibly a Donald project.
But, then again, a Donald project would have graet implications and future contracts too. So, if we get one now great. We know where this company is going and Robert Rico, one day, will be the Donald Trump of South Florida. With his ambition, drive and business sense he will be one of the richest in the area.
And we are on the ground floor of this opportunity and I for one am very glad and appreciative of the person who told me about Expert Lending (you know who you are). Best move so far in my short trading career. If we hang tough with Robert, we will all be rich!
