I agree we are so close to the 52k low that it does not make sense to sell as it always has pops throughout the year.

NSMG - Agreed! Sell off usually happens in Sept. I like it. Sept is my month to load up on shares and ride it out thru storm season and Winter. December tends to pay off. IMO :-)
