its not a wash its a gain cause we will have lower float and be otc not pink, the problem is with the pr and people "misreading" it

thats right and we know what happens after a RS to the pps don't we. The 10% bonus premium could offset that if that is the case that those 10% bonus shares goes toward new stock position.
