As regards LLEG shareholders my take is that we go on as before regarding the US quote and contiinue to trade here. A stake in certain of LLEG's development projects have been put into a non trading JV company along with certain of Homeland's projects. In return Laidlaw received cash. The combined projects are developed by the JV with the benefits flowing to each set of shareholders.
LLEG holders benefit by have more projects=lower risk + LLEG gets cash here and now.
