a few points to consider: most of the market, like you, realizes .50 is probably only the starting point for these shares when targets 1-4 are announced.
each one of these companies has management and highly-skilled, highly-paid workers who are thus far prohibited from buying shares. once the announcements are made, i would expect we'll see another wall of $$ hitting the ask from these insiders who can now legally buy in. jmho.
then there's the issue of "more than 4". we saw in a recent PR that the company is considering other targets. here's the exact quote:
