Yes and knowing all that, they decided to try for NASDAQ. Even though they new that going there, means getting looked over with a fine toothed comb and getting closely scrutinized. They are so stupid they take a criminal past and throw it out to get closely investigated. They hire a top notch accounting firm to throw us of the trail.
