on the exchange to raise capital.

a free market means using caution and your best judgement
it doesn't say

"give up more liberties" by shutting down the stock system.

Its a free market, buyer beware.

I don't like seeing people losing money in pinks but when Bank of America went from 40 bucks a share to 3 bucks a share or GM or Lehman etc they made the pinks look safe. So all bets are off when discounting.. making money in the otc. It takes that principle out of the equation leaving everyone with a new measuring stick..

Exactly... it is a casino... if people break the law... eventually they will be caught and punished... but we press the buy and sell buttons, not anyone else :-)
