I honestly think you will get that as soone as possible, because I think mgmt. is busting their bu..t to get-er done, reaudit and filings.

Mgmt. can't report to S/Hs until they hafve done something in this regard. I do not expect you will see any hand-holding from this mgmt. The company is growing too fast to be warm and fuzzy anymore -- and I'm being being honest, not flipent. We just have to wait til they finish things. If I werer mgmt. I'd be pi----ed that they are in this situation anyway. IMO Hang in there. GLTY Spino
