When we read of all of Biofrontera's assets, staff of 55, two locations in Germany, their decision to give up control of the company--joint venture could be written so that operationally they haven't--to DNAP speaks volumes about what DNAP is bringing to this new table of excitement.

Weber's constantly trying to drum up new cash. But now he's got one--an investor willing to bite--someone willing to put up money for the further development of his company's medication.
The confirmation comes via fax. Stefan Weber: "This is it. This is a letter of intent for an investment in the millions--from our lead investor. And that is money that we urgently need to bring our medication to market. I'm really happy I can't tell you how much--thanks."


Isn't Heidelberg Innovation their lead investor? As recently as July 2004, they are interested to provide the millions Weber speaks of.

Surely it took longer than since July to hammer out the agreement with DNAP.
